Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged separately for exchanges.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

لدينا سياسة إرجاع مدتها 15 يومًا، أي أن لديك 15 يومًا بعد استلام المنتج لطلب إرجاعه.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون بنفس الحالة التي استلمته بها — غير مستخدم أو غير مرتدى، مع بقاء البطاقات (التاجات)، وفي عبوته الأصلية. ستحتاج أيضًا إلى الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.

لبدء عملية إرجاع، يُرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا. في حال قبول طلب الإرجاع، سنرسل لك ملصق شحن للإرجاع، بالإضافة إلى تعليمات حول كيفية وأين يتم إرسال الطرد.

يُرجى ملاحظة: سيتم خصم رسوم شحن الإرجاع من المبلغ المسترد، أو تحصيلها بشكل منفصل في حال الاستبدال.

المنتجات التي تُعاد إلينا دون طلب إرجاع مسبق لن يتم قبولها.
